Shipping policy

PRINTS AND APPAREL

In stock prints and apparel are normally prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Original artwork

Large and high value original artworks require specialized handling. Shipping is not included in the listed artwork price unless specifically stated on the product page.

Before the purchase is finalized, Carl Joseph Art will confirm the collector’s destination and provide a delivery quote. Depending on the artwork and destination, delivery may include professional packing, custom crating, declared value insurance, tracking, an adult signature and scheduled residential delivery.

Preparation time

Available original artwork is normally prepared for shipment within 14 business days after payment has cleared and delivery arrangements have been approved. Custom crating or specialized freight may require additional preparation time.

Local delivery

Local delivery may be available throughout Central Florida, including select locations near Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport and Haines City. Delivery is normally scheduled within seven business days after payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed. 

The written quote will state whether placement, unpacking, installation or removal of packing materials is included. Local delivery does not automatically include installation unless it is specifically listed in the quote. 

Domestic shipping

Oversized original artwork is shipped using an insured art carrier or freight service selected according to the artwork’s dimensions, value and destination. Transit times are estimates and begin after the artwork has been collected by the carrier.

International shipping

International delivery may be available upon request. The collector is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY ADDRESS 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.  Contact CarlJosephArt@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. An address cannot be changed after an order has been transferred to carrier. 

Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be the customer's responsibility. 

Delivery requirements

An adult signature may be required. The collector is responsible for providing a secure and accessible delivery location and disclosing stairs, elevators, restricted access or installation requirements before accepting the quote.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised at purchase, Carl Joseph Art will provide notice of the delay, a revised shipping estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund as required by applicable law.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the packaging and artwork immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be photographed and reported to CarlJosephArt@gmail.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed. Do not discard the crate or packaging before receiving instructions.

Returns

Because original artworks are unique, one-of-one pieces, all completed sales are final except when an artwork arrives damaged or materially different from its listing. Any approved return must follow the provided packing and insured-shipping instructions.
